Our Story
Holisticfoodcraft was born from a simple observation: families were losing connection with their food and with each other. In our communities across Mexico, we saw busy schedules replacing home cooking, processed convenience overriding the wisdom of traditional recipes, and children growing up without understanding where their food comes from.
Our founders, experienced in nutrition education and community engagement, decided to create a space where families could gather, learn, and rediscover the transformative power of cooking together. We started with small group classes in Puebla, teaching practical skills and celebrating the cultural heritage of Mexican cuisine while embracing modern approaches to whole-food cooking.
Today, Holisticfoodcraft continues this mission with expanded classes, digital resources, and a vibrant community of families who believe that healthy eating begins in the kitchen, not at the pharmacy.

What We Achieve Together
Growing Knowledge
Families develop practical confidence in the kitchen, understanding ingredient quality, cooking techniques, and how to nourish their loved ones with real, whole foods that align with their values and health goals.
Stronger Bonds
By bringing families into the kitchen together, we help create meaningful memories and deeper connections. Parents, children, and extended family members rediscover the joy of preparing food and eating together, strengthening family relationships.
Cultural Connection
We celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Mexico while helping families understand how traditional foods support wellbeing. This honors our heritage while empowering informed choices about health and nutrition in modern life.
What Families Are Saying
Before Holisticfoodcraft, my children wouldn't touch vegetables. Now they ask to help cook and actually enjoy meals we prepare together. The classes gave us confidence that we weren't feeding our family right, and showed us it wasn't as complicated as we thought. Our dinner table conversations have completely changed.
Rosa Martínez
Puebla, Mexico
María and her team understand that education isn't just about recipes. It's about giving families permission to reclaim their kitchens and their health. Every class feels like gathering with friends who genuinely care about our wellbeing. The knowledge I've gained has helped me make clearer choices for my whole family.
Jorge Hernández
Puebla, Mexico
What impressed me most was how the classes respect our cultural traditions while helping us understand modern nutrition science. My grandmother's recipes make sense to me now. I feel proud teaching my children the same dishes, knowing exactly why they're nourishing. This is real education for families.
